Scottish-built floorstanders pair burr walnut cabinetry with aluminosilicate glass diaphragms.
Fyne Audio’s F1-10 Anniversary speakers are limited to 30 pairs, hand-built in Scotland as a return to the original model launched in 2017. Curved, internally braced birch-plywood cabinets wear glossy burr walnut and walnut veneers, solid-wood trim, and champagne-gold details. Inside each IsoFlare driver, a chemically strengthened 75mm aluminosilicate glass dome sits at the center of the bass/midrange cone, its damping intended to suppress resonances that color playback. The dome operates down to the 750 Hz crossover, extending into the vocal range. Above it, a carbon-diaphragm SuperTrax super tweeter fires upward into a shaped diffuser; below, a downward-firing port feeds the BassTrax diffuser around the base. Each cabinet stands about 49 inches tall and weighs nearly 130 pounds. External amplification supplies the power; the cabinets leave high-frequency energy, presence, and super-tweeter output adjustable by up to 3 dB either way, giving their owners a manual means of tailoring tonal balance to the room.
