Bugatti Residences Miami will be the marque’s first branded residential project in the United States, following its debut tower in Dubai. Officially named La Maison Ultime, the planned 60-story building will occupy a Brickell waterfront parcel with more than 300 feet of frontage along the Miami River. Four of its 183 residences will be penthouses. Brandon Haw Architecture is working on the exterior, while Yabu Pushelberg, whose interiors portfolio spans Aman, Four Seasons, and Rosewood, is designing the residences. Sales are scheduled to launch in 2027. Rhodium, whose investors include Monaco’s Royal Family, will manage daily operations and provide butler service. The project pairs private homes with the service structure of a hotel, extending its design brief beyond the architecture into daily life.
